We also agree to any Customers wish to delete or return their information, at any stage per GDPR.

Hibernian Genealogy Research will not rent or sell your personal identifiable information to any individual or company. Personal Information is kept private at all times.
Non- Personal Ancestors information that is provided for the purposes of research and tracing, and will be used in the confines of locating a deceased individual who partially matches the information provided.
When purchasing the customer is Agreeing to Hibernian Genealogy Research Terms & Conditions, you are Consenting to the information provided to used by Hibernian Genealogy Research.
All Personal information is stored in a locked filing cabinet, and all electronic files are password protection.
When you enter sensitive information via our website, on purchasing a search, we encrypt that information using secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL). No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic is 100%, however. We use a credit card processing company to bill you if you purchase services on our website via email invoices. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any purposes.
All Personal information provided is stored for Accounting and Administration purposes, and will be kept for 7 years. Unless a Customer wishes their information to be deleted at any time.
We do not retain personal emails for the purposes of marketing or advertising.

Collection and use of personal information
Hibernian Genealogy Research does not collect any personal data about you on this website, apart from information which you consent to provide through purchasing a product. The information which you provide in this way is made available to the third party Payments System Provider Stripe for payment purposes. The information which you provide to Hibernian Genealogy Research is used only in line with the purpose for which you provided it, for Research purposes. Any personal information and payment data will be used for administration and accounting records.
The personal details logged by Stripe Payments are confined to the following items:
- Customer Name.
- Customer Email Address.
- Card Type.
- Card’s last 4 Digits.
- Card Expiry Date.
The Research Data logged by Hibernian Genealogy Research when Research is purchased, which is volunteered by the Customer:
- Ancestor’s Name.
- Date of Birth.
- Location.
- Father’s Name.
- Mother’s Name.
- Additional Information.
No information is collected that could be used by us to personally identify website visitors. The technical details logged are confined to the following items:
- IP address of the visitor’s website server.

Glossary of technical terms used
